Pros

They flew us to California for training, pay was good and health benefits. They gave you some type of creative control.

Cons

The reason they gave you creative control was because most managers didn’t know what they were doing. We did a lot of work and organized our lot on our own, and the managers and the company got the credit for it. They used us for our ideas and skills, then let over half of the company go. One day we were at work and they came to cut off the light bill. We didn’t have a business license to be operating where we were.
