Fair reviews

Any company that makes it difficult for their customers to receive a bill, pay a bill, or get a refund for an erroneous payment is doomed to failure. The fact that these things were ignored despite the repeated pleas of both employees and customers made the environment of ineptitude and failure so much more bitter.

In my experience the upper management was very out of touch with what was going on in the lots. They would give out orders from their headquarters in Santa Monica without ever having stepped foot on our lot. Unrealistic expectations were set for us. When we had issues with customers and needed support they were rarely available. This was all for the Fair-Uber program which is no longer operating, probably because it wasn't very efficient.
