      Top Workplace for a reason

      Pros

      FairWarning is a great place to work. The people here are some of the most talented people you will ever meet. There is a lot of opportunity for growth, learning and advancement. Everyone here takes ownership for their actions (good and bad) and has a sense of responsibility. This isn't a place where people will try and pass blame and nothing gets resolved; if something doesn't go according to plan, everyone will come together to figure out a solution and move forward. The office space is great (recently renovated with stand-up desks, open spaces, etc.). In terms of pay, I have been compensated extremely fairly for the work I do. I've spoken to other colleagues and friends in the area doing the same kind of work I do and I am either at the same pay rate or higher than others in the area. People take pride in their work here and come to work everyday bringing positive attitudes and are ready to take on challenges.

      Cons

      If you don't want to work hard, this is not the place for you. Read the reviews, there is a constant theme of this is a place where HARD work is valued. If you're used to a laid back, redundant environment, this might not be the place for you.

      Pros

      FairWarning provides a challenging workplace environment. The reviews that say this is not the place for you if you are not willing to give 110% everyday are true. It's an inspiring and incredibly talented group of people who come in every day and give it their all. I am not a friend or family member of the owner's of the company, yet I have worked hard and moved my way up in this company (contrary to other negative reviews). If you work hard you will be compensated fairly and recognized for all that you do - it's as simple as that. I was not asked to or "manipulated" into writing this review. I am writing this because I am proud to work at FairWarning and respect the leadership team and all that they do for us. The office is beautifully designed and we have all of the resources needed to be successful. If you feel like you need something in order for you to do your job, all you have to do is ask.

      Cons

      A workplace environment is never going to make every single person happy, and that's ok. This is not the environment for everyone. It is a very serious environment based on the work that we do for our customers. It can be intense at times, but if you give it your all you will definitely succeed.

      FairWarning has evolved and grown so much over the years and I have felt so proud to bring in my contributions. The company is like a promise land full of opportunities. If you have that resourceful pioneer mindset, if you embrace challenges, and if you are craving for making an impact in the World, then FairWarning will resonate with your identity.
