      Decent work life balance Pay is good for entry level

      Cons

      Extremely high turn over They hire bodies not skills Horrible management who will harasses you, will touch you inappropriately, and doesn’t know how to do their jobs, they will also gossip about employees and make racist/inappropriate comments in patient care areas HR isn’t there to help anyone Time off is accrued and has to be in your bank and requested at least two months in advance No advancement opportunities

      Free coffee and free ticket to the MN fair.

      Cons

      Micro managing by useless management . Understaffed overworked . Make patients wait forever for medication. Mix up medication.Extremely high turnover.

      Good benefits. However not as cheap as you would expect working for a hospital.

      Cons

      I used to love my job. But the Lab has really gone down hill since old management left and new management came in. Things went from very good to awful - fast. Current management is not hands on AT ALL and doesnt care about anything. They are unwilling to help with questions or problems. Time to find a new job.
