      Pros

      Somewhat flexible schedule if need to run an errand during the day but you will have to make up for it.

      Cons

      Productivity requirements are unrealistic, don’t ever have time for a lunch break or my two fifteen minute breaks unless I work late which I am salary anyway so it is basically working for free, high turn over of nurses, lower pay and higher requirements than other area agencies.
