      Pros

      Big organization with lots of opportunity to move around as needed. Pay could be adjusted a little higher for the level of service I provide patients.

      Cons

      Poor communication from executives. Organization is very administratively heavy. Inter-departmental communication/cooperation can be difficult, requires a lot of leg work on the individual worker to make it work. Time off is lacking - vacations are difficult to take.
