Change to variable scheduling instead of block schedule

Leadership is an absolute joke and completely unsupportive. No flexibility or work-life balance. Constantly understaffed Difficult to get PTO pproved due to "staffing issues" OR someone with seniority gets priority over your request regardless of what the need to use PTO is for. PTO must be used to be off on a holiday No discussion about your availability when on a block schedule, and then they act punitive if you have any sort of barriers or prior obligations (i.e. children with you on the specific weekend assigned to work, despite no discussion as to whether you are available, caring for an ill family member one day a week ongoing, etc.) Inconsistent messages about expectations of job duties/expectations Unwritten "rules" Favortism
