Pros

New rigs and equipment. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

CCT units are hardly staffed because they cannot keep nurses. Supplies not there when needed. Management tells you what you want to hear to get your hopes up/ keep you at the company. EMTs and nurses are considered "easily replaceable". You are not valued as an employee. Companies environment creates a way to relaxed/ elementary school environment where everyone, including management, gets offended and is in disputes with others in the company. Company has no standards for new hires. Trainees will fail or not make it in certain area, yet still be hired. Company has no accountability, creating laziness and an unwillingness to go above and beyond with many employees. Dispatch has no previous training/ experience in EMS. Creating unrealistic ETAs and taking calls that should not be taken.
