      Pros

      if you are a good worker the company recognizes you. The other employees are great and you often get to work alone.

      Cons

      If you get hurt on the job the company seems like they blame the employee and don't try to help at all. Management doesn't trust employees in many cases and the management that is there are often inexperienced and don't know what they should do in many instances.
