I'll never work anywhere else

Pros

I get to work with my friends. This is the hardest job I have ever worked and they don't put up with anything. If you are lazy or a whiny baby please don't try to work on my crew. I can take care of myself and make a good living. Melissa makes me a better person and makes me work hard and people who don't like her don't understand that someone has to make the tough decisions and hold us accountable. I can sit down in her office and ask questions any time.

Cons

It's crawl spaces. Traveling a lot gets old but they will keep me local for a few weeks after a lot of travel.

Pros

The owners have an outstanding amount of care for their employees. Some of the reviews state that there is no care because of turnover rate but even with new people coming in everyone gets treated equally and is given equal opportunity. Other people that have reviewed seem to be biased because maybe they didn't make it where they wanted to be and that's no ones fault but their own. I enjoy working here and don't let the small crawlspace and dirt frustrate me because I knew that's what I was signing up for. Turnover rate seems to be the biggest problem but that's not the owners fault. If you don't want to crawl in mud and roll on snakes then don't apply. I applied myself to the work and made it to a good spot fairly quickly and everything has been smooth since then. Don't come to work here and expect to not work hard and then complain and make it seem like everyone else is the issue when it's really you just being a big baby.

Cons

Sales people need a little more field training. But even with that, if there's issues with work orders the company doesn't hesitate to send someone to get the jobs back on track

Pros

The job scheduling is pretty good. All tools provided for the jobs. They are always hiring! Not a very good slogan to have.

Cons

The employee turn over rate is horrible. From week one the owners knew I was going to school and they kept me on until I moved up to making pro-pay as a crew leader. I explained my situation with school and they were ok with it until I was about to receive my Benefits, then they fired me telling me that Because I couldn’t travel they were letting me go (basically wasted my time). They also send employees who have minimal exp. to do skilled jobs on people’s houses. For example; was told to go encapsulate a crawlspace when we were never trained or briefed on how to do it.
