Pros

Provides employment opportunity (if you're in urgent need of a job), exposure to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment (could be a learning experience on flexibility and adaptation due to lack of structure and support)

Cons

This organization is plagued by a lack of transparency, particularly around pay structure and compensation, leaving employees confused and frustrated. The HR, accounting and finance departments often seem unqualified to handle basic questions, which only adds to the disorganization. Roles and expectations change frequently with little to no communication or proper training, creating an unstable and chaotic work environment. Leadership, from supervisors to directors, fosters a negative atmosphere where support is minimal and morale is consistently low. The extremely high turnover rate is a clear reflection of the deeper issues within the company, including poor communication, lack of direction, and a general disregard for employee well-being.

Pros

They were nice in the beginning but it turns out they duped me

Cons

I'm amazed this place keeps any patients at all with how they treat them. They make the patients so angry and the receptionists have to deal with it. They treat their patients and staff horribly and it reflects in all areas of the company. Prepare to be overworked and have patients mad at you because their doctors are doing a horrible job.
