Good entry-level opportunity but high client expectations

Pros

Great for entry level or those who prefer a team center

Cons

Therapist are required to make referrals for TMS and other services such as IOP are heavily pushed. They state flexible schedule and employee focused, however, you have to schedule at least 32 plus clients a week to hit the required 30 visits a week. You are not payed for no shows and pay is roughly $50-$52 per session while they charge $150 a session.

Great department team

Pros

Department teams and management make challenging workloads tolerable Work/life balance is there. I don’t ever take work “home” with me.

Cons

Could be better communication across departments. Lots of recent changes in processes that affect different departments and there isn’t a ton of proactive communication.
