Not so good

Pros

The customers are great, for the most part. I love that they bring their animals in to shop. They used to have very family friendly hours of operation but not anymore. Simple operation for the most part; customer service and sales and keep the store well stocked and clean. It's not rocket science. Cool place to shop if your into animals and agriculture. The prices are competitive.

Cons

Bottom of the barrel rates of pay. They cut the labor budgets so stinking tight that customer service suffers...BIG TIME! They keep changing their hours of operation which makes it impossible for those of us with kids to find someone to watch them and get them to bed on time if you work until close. They expect people to clone themselves 4 times over to get the work done...refer back to my payroll comment from earlier. Their technology is from the dark ages so don't even get me started on that...

Pros

Personal touches, friendly atmosphere, community events that are driven and supportive. The company does its best to hire the best and develop their teams, but do hire from outside when and where necessary.

Cons

The company struggles with communication from time to time, but is still very young in its own right and continues to make improvement.
