Pros

This company is trash the leads are horrible those who are in FFL are only interested in recruiting you and they don't help you and they tell you to invest a lot of money in leads I invested $500 in leads and I didn't get a single sale it is clear that this is a pyramid and not multilevel as they say. stop selling dreams and wanting to sell dreams to everyone that they are going to get rich here the only ones who have become rich in FFL are those who have sold the dream hahaha.

Cons

The company is a total scam and 95% of those who enter end up losing a lot of time and money, they just want to recruit you and then not help you at all.

They inflate numbers to get you in It’s your standard multi level market BS

Cons

Charge backs will happen Sales number are inflated by a lot I spent 7k in leads sold about 5k to 6k then I had about 4K in charge backs!! I lost a lot of money!!

The office I went to was an everyone for themselves kind of office. I asked another agent to explain the basics of an IUL to me and he said he couldn't because he didn't know a lot about it himself and "had to get back to his calls'' which I could respect, except for the fact that seconds before he was just chatting it up with everyone about a totally unrelated subject. So I guess he just didn't want to talk to ME for whatever reason. He seemed to always have that kind of attitude whenever a woman I'd ask him something. You know the kind of kid that acts like they're too cool to talk to an "outsider" and if you ask a question about a topic they're openly discussing, they act like its a big secret and say something like "oh it's nothing", or just overly simplify the explanation because they don't really want to talk to YOU about it. Yeah, that kind of kid. I was over it at that very moment. Never did I see him again after that day.... Anyways my upline $UCK3D. He's in another state so I never met him in person. So I called him from a client's home once (like you're supposed to) and asked about an application I was filling out and he had the nerve to tell me he didn't know and just left it at that. He didn't even offer to find out for me. It was just "oh yeah, uh.... I don't know about that. I don't even have my health license anymore. I dont write accidental policies."...... I mean come on are you serious!!?? In front of the client too!! I was sooo embarrassed that I had to make sure my volume was turned all the way down and tried my best to play it off like everything's ok in front of the client. Can you imagine going through something like that? Uplines are supposed to do a heck of a lot better job than that. Then asking him for help was like talking to a wall. It turns out he didnt know jack about the underwriting process. He basically told me if a client chooses to do a physical and fails it that they won't be able to get covered with ANY OTHER CARRIER!! Even I knew that didn't sound right and I was brand new! Sure this company promises you can make a lot of money buuuutttt where is the leadership? Where is the training? I felt like this so-called upline was clearly only recruiting people for overrides (much like an MLM) because he has no interest at all in being a good leader to help anyone get to 6-figures like his profile says. The first day I came into the office I greeted the managers and was told I could sit in the dialing room and wait for training to start. I was like ok awesome, training is about to start.... About 1-2 hours later the training was nothing more than just pep talk, saying you guys ''I came from this and now I make that, you can do it too." Blah, blah,blah. Wow! That's the training that everyone raves about? Or maybe it's all the scattered videos on facebook, youtube, and producer websites that you have to basically be an internet detective to find and put together like some kind of jigsaw puzzle until you FINALLY find a way to make sense of all the noise. But of course NO ONE actually tells you which videos to watch and from where, not unless you ask for specifics. If you've had jobs where it felt like you're literally being thrown to the wolves, DO NOT COME HERE. You will d-i-e! Also when I got to the office there was no instruction. I sat down thinking a manager was going to come talk to me, maybe introduce themselves and explain how things work at the office, but no one actually did. Again I was NEW, didn't know I was supposed to just start dialing when I came in on the first day. It was all new to me but one of the agents must've seen how lost I was looking and told me to start dialing my leads and so I did....eventually. Now I did find some really nice and helpful people here but they are few. Honestly I could probably write a whole book about my experience here but I won't bore you with anymore of the details. If you're used to this kind of atmosphere you'll probably thrive here, otherwise there are other IMO's out there that offer actual TRAINING, SUPPORT, INDEPENDENCE, FREE LEADS, and 6-FIGURE INCOME POTENTIAL without the headaches. p.s. Pettiness is also on 1000 here as well. Also when I started, it seemed that no one wanted to hear any new ideas about how to make things easier for the field agents. Ideas like... oh I don't know, completing sales appointments over the phone or via video calls vs in home, (unless the clients are comfortable with that)... But apparently that "new trend" is taking off here now. Go figure.

Becoming a successful life insurance agent requires you to be a self starter, handle rejection well, and have a high work ethic. This is not a W-2 position where someone will walk you through every micro step. You have to be wiling to put in the work. This reviewer seems to have a false belief on what structure and training looks like in a sales position, nor do they take accountability for their own actions. We contract thousands of new agents every week, who are able to work in our system and help families. If thousands of agents were able to navigate through our training and sell at a high level then this reviewer's experience is more of a testament to their own mindset and lack of understanding of what it takes to succeed in a competitive sales industry. This is a simple sales position, but it is not for everyone. We wish you the best.
