They pay above average. They had good benefits.

Cons

They will overwork you, they will not show appreciation. Management and supervisors get their positions based on who they are friends with not what they know. Some supervisors are horrible, they let the title get to their head. Upper management will treat you badly, they are not professional at all. I worked at several fhcn locations during my time there and some of the staff are amazing, however they will never receive the recognition or appreciation or a promotion that they so deserve. Horrible supervisors and or management: hanford, goshen, oak.

Cons

Low paid. Sucky health plan that keep going up every year. 1% retirement matching. Greedy CEO that enjoys taking away employee benefit to line her pockets with bonuses. Taking away the 4-9 schedule with only 2 months notice.
