      Do not believe the glowing reviews. Clearly the company buys them. Only pro would be getting experience fresh out of school when other much better places of employment do not want to take a chance on you. Student loan repayment, which if you really break down into monthly payments, is not worth it at all. Choose mental peace and do not bother. The high turnover rate is a clear indicator of just how unsustainable working here is if you actually care. The terrible providers stick around because they can’t get hired elsewhere or they are locked in a contract

      Patients were nice, and it is gratifying to help that patient population.

      Interesting patient conditions, great experience. Best to work for a year, get experience and go somewhere else.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management, ridiculous workload, poor leadership. Don’t get sucked into any incentive deals offered.
