No holiday pay, if you call out you don't have an option to go unpaid. Constant micro managing, over worked, understaffed, manager (Paul) is not a good listener at all. No incentives or recognition for hardworking employees. No end of the year bonuses. No mileage paid when travelling to other working sites.

Patient care volume too high, management is clueless. Management does not want any input from providers...even though they are not providers. They don't manage, they simply try to bribe you with a bonus that has major strings attached.
