Hard work, but the pay is good

Good pay, state of the art diagnostic testing equipment, including Cirrus 5000 OCT, Humphrey visual field machine, & a high-definition fundus camera ( e i d o n ).

Cons

There are lots of tasks, monthly meeting, responding to emails, credentialing and re-credentialing, CPR certification, peer review, training on this that and the other thing including opiate overdose response and training for giving birth in the waiting room (courses which did not seem necessary since its a multi-specialty clinic with medical doctors, nurse practitioners, and PAs). I never had a job that entailed so many little tasks (minutiae).

Unfortunately there is nothing good to mention about this company. Such an awful experience

Cons

Poor management who do not care about employees; only care about the number of patients you can crank through. This type of clinic is not concerned with patient care; if they were they would lower the number of patients to permit greater time and care for each patient. Do not work here
