      You work with good people, besides managment.

      Cons

      Ridiculous patient load. Lied about patient load in the interview. Overworked. Employer turnover great among providers and medical assistants. Quantity over quality there. Lack of communication. Management over the sites need to have actual classes on how to manage, instead of only medical assistant experience. RUN from this place. If you interview talk to the people that I'd actually in the role you are applying for without the recruiter.

      Decent pay, poor management, and sweat shop quotas

      Benefit package, and moste fellow employees.

      Cons

      Management passes their personal duties to staff, poor leadership, that projects poor moral among coders, and billing. unrealistic quotas, with no regard to errors "Just put it out and redo later". Why would a company want to pay twice for the same work? No training to help improve or maintain credentials of staff

      only work some Saturdays, all Sundays off not as hectic as regular retail pharmacies good benefits

      Pharmacy hours 8-8 Have to start out as a Clerk then move up to Tech
