Pros
Great pay and great benefits.... not all sites are the same...easy way to grab some experience under your belt
Cons
With the great perks comes all the extra, out of your job description demands...communication between all positions(navigation,supervisors,managers,other assistants) is horrible. No single person takes ownership of what’s going on, nobody listens to your concerns as an employee..you will be given a “why” behind everything you question..and brushed away and you are replaceable...no matter how great you are. This is a revolving door of providers and a good dr is impossible to find because they all got smart and left.
