Pros

Decent salary, fun social outings/events, WFH opportunities, being a part of sports, and good benefits.

Cons

This is a SUPER racist company that really lacks compassion for their employees and also carries some serious shady practices I have never ever witnessed in my life while joining an organization. I would advise POC and all other minorities to be VERY WARY when interacting specifically and especially with HR management. They claim to promote DEI and a great culture but this is not the case, at all! These are some delusional demonic individuals who have some really bad karma coming their way. Again, be AWARE and CAREFUL when dealing with management!

Pros

-HR does put in effort to try to improve employee morale in the form of drinks/snacks/cold brew. -Centrally located NYC office in Flatiron -Wide assortment of beer -Flatter org structure / little red tape allows for quicker decision making vs larger org

Cons

-For such a fun product like fantasy sports, the office culture and environment is incredibly lackluster and leaves much to be desired. Complete lack of energy amongst employees (the ones that even show up) -Many managers/directors not equipped to manage staff and need serious management training -Decisions made in silos and lack of communication to cross functional teams -Inefficient organization leading to duplicative work and spinning wheels on various teams, or on the flip side, crucial initiatives falling through the cracks due to lack of accountability -Trying to do too much at once, and not doing any of them with the focused attention needed. Lack of prioritization from top down -Good work is often not rewarded and on the same token, lack of performance is often overlooked. -Even at start-up standards, a lack of professionalism and responsiveness especially amongst certain more tenure employees
