I Started working here in 2021 Back then the company was amazing, I truly felt lucky to work for Fareharbor. Come mid-2024 I get put under a new manager and start getting micromanaged for things that have absolutely nothing to do with my actual job. I get put on multiple PIPs for things like my slack status and answering questions not fast enough saying I have poor performance, meanwhile I'm going on multiple client onsites and being praised for going above an beyond with everything I'm doing by literally every other department, including the head of US operations. Huge mixed messages.

Cons

I was the only person doing my job and got put on multiple PIPs for things that literally would not be possible to achieve with the workload I was facing.
