People I work with are amazing and hardworking. The environment is youth friendly and vibrant. Growing environment opens opportunities.

Cons

Wage is not sufficient for the work load. Culture and dynamics between teams is falling apart. Management is still new and ever changing

Pros

I was onboarded in 2017 and can't say enough positive things about the company culture, product, and genuine respect demonstrated for all business owners that we work with. The employees create a fun environment of inclusiveness, motivation, and hard work. Some additional perks include unlimited PTO and 100% paid for medical and dental benefits. Becoming a teammate at FareHarbor was one of the best career decisions I've made thus far!

Cons

It would be nice to have equity options, but I understand that this comes with time.
