Coworkers are amazing and genuinely care about the work and each other. At the IC-level, everyone is supportive and friendly. You can learn a lot quickly and push boundaries to grow and take on new work (depending on your team and manager).

Cons

Pay has consistently been a joke, with most roles falling well below the average for Denver. Only until to move up to Management or Director levels will you start to see normal cost of living wages. CEO is running the company into the ground and putting profits over the people and culture that used to be so great. Some toxic people get put into leadership positions that do not deserve to be there and it affects the morale of the teams and departments.

Great PTO and some great prople

Cons

Started off great, then the CEO got greedy with clients trying to monetize everything. He was also unfocused in planning and implementing strategy which caused mass frustration and burn out. It was the fastest decline in a company culture I’ve ever seen. Like they could write a business school cautionary tale on it fast.
