Pros

- Good entry point for people looking to start a career in SaaS. The product itself is interesting to learn and exposes you to multiple operational areas of the business. - Strong and supportive coworkers. Teams generally collaborate well and people are willing to help each other, especially when you're new. - Flexible remote/hybrid work setup and not overly strict about office attendance. - I enjoyed learning the product deeply and solving a wide range of cases that required creative problem-solving. - Solid internal tools such as Zendesk for ticketing and Slack for internal communication, which help teams stay connected and organized.

Cons

- Performance metrics and expectations are not always clearly communicated. While KPIs are achievable, feedback from management can sometimes be vague, which makes it difficult to understand exactly where improvements are needed. - Compensation and responsibility are not always aligned, particularly in operational teams such as Onboarding where workload can be significantly higher. - Workload distribution across departments can feel unbalanced. For example, some teams remain understaffed while other departments continue to expand. - Onboarding in particular appears to have unclear role scope and structure, which can lead to team members taking on responsibilities outside their original role. - Performance reviews can feel somewhat constrained by company budgeting decisions rather than purely reflecting individual performance. - Career progression often requires going well beyond baseline expectations, and growth opportunities may vary significantly depending on the department.

Pros

Amazing co-workers Clients are all tour operators and are great for the most part

Cons

This company has gone down the drain. It used to be a great place to work 4 years ago but ever since we got our new CEO - everything has changed for the worse. We were number 1 in booking software and our clients loved us but then we got way too greedy and they can see right through us. Everything from all these new fees everywhere to replacing support with AI to terrible pay and raises to making big decisions with no plan in place and having the rest of us having to figure it out to align with these terrible decisions. There is nothing good I have to say about this company anymore, even my managers are clearly hating their lives but have to try and keep up the facade. Don't work here unless it's your last possible option.

Pros

- Chilled work environment with cool vibes almost every time. - Most of the people around you are collaborative and extremely nice. - If you find your space and keep momentum you'll thrive.

Cons

- Lack of strategy implementation from the leadership team. - Top-down decision making style with micromanagement activities involved for low performers. - Extremely low innovative product improvement planning.
