Awesome coworkers, work that is meaningful in supporting small businesses, fun work events if you live close to an office.

Cons

The new CEO is driving the employees into the ground. Its sad to see how much the company has changed, monetizing everything and putting forth impossible goals for all the teams making burn out at an all time high. Changing his mind about stuff frequently causing super inefficient work.
