Pay is good. They have great benefits and a competative 401(k).

Cons

A very undefined change management process. Not very family friendly. You are allowed 6 days per year of unscheduled absence. Beyond that, you get put on probation. So hope you don't get the flu, or need to tend to a sick child. Want you to work several hours a week, and will compare you to others who do (typical ones with out a family)

Cons

The pay is horrible for Field Sales Administrative Assistant. They want you to do so much and travel around part of the state with not much pay.
