As part of our review process, we are taking a deeper dive into evaluating pay across teams. We appreciate the feedback as we start the process. New CEO, Lack of Change Mangement Causing Chaos

It's a really, really scary time to be employed at Farm Journal. The new CEO announced a reorg months ago, but created no change management plan to operationalize it. He hired his buddies from past jobs and provided them executive management roles, filling out an already bloated leadership team. What was an undercurrent of an old boys club before is fully front and center as what it is. This company has so much going for it... but now is not the time to join unless you like being asked to run at full speed without a comp plan, compass or word of encouragement.
