Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s truly inspiring to see the effort so many team members across the organization put in to build and nurture our culture, especially in a mostly virtual environment. It can be challenging, but moments like this make it all worthwhile. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

Thank you for taking the time to share this review! We are so glad that you are seeing all the positive changes in the way we operate. We also appreciate the comment about some unsteadiness. Rapid change can indeed cause some fatigue, and we will continue to encourage frequent communication, based on transparency, to address it.

Pros

Nice people. Everyone tries to accommodate the tremendous workload that is ALL done manually.

Cons

This role is not a CSM role but a Campaign Manager. All tech is siloed. The process is not scalable, and it does not exist. Everything that needs to happen is all manual. No one in this department understands what a CSM does, and they have no idea what performance metrics mean that drive pipeline activity. The Senior Director of this group is not a leader. She has no clue what a CSM does. If you want to learn how to become a CSM and to be guided by a true leader, this is not the role for you.
