Pros

Opportunity to learn new technology. Good clients. Cohesive team. Overall I am very happy. I feel my work is valued here. In my previous company I did not get a chance to work on a project from scratch. I just did maintenance work. I think I learnt lot at Fast Track.

Cons

It is a small company. I wont see it as a con.
