Cons

Unreasonable patient volume expectation (taking appointments and unlimited walk ins as a solo provider), feels like any concerns fall on deaf ears, focused on increasing walk ins/patient reviews/decreased wait time even if providers are overwhelmed. Communication gap between clinical team and corporate team

We recently got new senior leadership and the entire culture of the company is changing for the better. Very involved and actually listens to staff to see how to make things better. Renewed excitement about working here!

Cons

Some departments could still use more support, but it is a work in progress.
