Colleagues are intelligent and collegial.

Cons

New management solely focused on profits. Routinely you are a solo provider who sees a large volume of patients. Clinic managers are high school grads who like to boss around their NP/PA superiors and this attitude is promoted by senior management. Clinics are filthy.
