Pros
You can work as much as you want, because they always have openings because they are unable to staff their clinics the way they should be staffed. But if you want to earn the bonus they offer for covering a clinic, you have to choose one that is 90+ miles away from your home clinic.
Cons
Management does not care at all. They continue to load on work, creating more openings, adding responsibilities onto already stressed employees and wonder why morale in clinics is terrible. Haven't had raises in 2 years, but workload has at least tripled at most locations, and staffing has fallen off a cliff. Expecting the staff that does come in to pull double and triple duty. Unrealistic.
