Urgent care isn’t for everyone but i love it. Longer hours with working less days.

Like most jobs you encounter some people who are not your cups of tea.

Good coworkers, fulfilling work that helps people.

Cons

Shifts often multiple hours longer than you expect, the normal 12 hours turning into 15 hours. Locations are perpetually understaffed and management does not do anything about it.
