Pros

Its a job You get a “bonus” with every check that is supposedly a profit share of sales but its a static amount of $145 every time

Cons

Expectation to install, design, print, wrap, and anything else they can get you to do without any increases in pay. No vacation or sick leave. Only paid holidays are the ones they are legally required to give you. It’s honestly an awful place to work and I wouldn’t suggest anyone work there unless you absolutely need the job. They repeatedly post on Indeed because their turnover is so high. I’ve never gone on there and not seen a new post within the past two weeks.

Too many to share but it was a miserable and disgusting place.

Laidback atmosphere, very accommodating with your schedule, everyone is friendly

Cons

Benefits were so-so. Standard amount of vacation, retirement with company match, but no health insurance
