Pros

Relaxed environment, manageable schedules, interesting projects

Cons

There was a massive employment change-up in early 2023 and most everyone doesn't know what they're doing, including the Owner. Outside the production department, people just do things their way, for better or worse. -People can be rude and unprofessional and they are never held accountable for it. -If you don't fit in even slightly, people can be very toxic -Rewards and Pay are paltry, don't expect hard work to be recognized in any comparable way. -There is no official training system and the Owner is the HR department, so good luck trying to get anything Admin-wise accomplished. -There is a constant threat of 'Proving Yourself' hanging over everyone's head unless you're the owner's best friend -Lack of/Constantly running out of basic amenities. -Control issues at the top that can cause project deadlines to be missed -Disproportionate ideals and ethics -Inappropriate political discussions during official employee meetings -Forced religious ideals during meetings and on company property All in all, this place needs a major rehaul in most areas. The exception is probably the Production Department.

There wasn’t a lot of pros to this position.

Cons

Environment. the expectations changed daily. No benefits. Boss screamed and yelled daily and would threaten employees. Few times I had scheduled time off to use my pto 6 months in advance and got yelled at for it when it got closer to time. I was accused of being “shady”. These were days that he also helped picked out. I had to deal with homophobia, racism, sexism. I got to hear some great one liners about eating women out or coworkers talk about women’s butts. Ungreeable clients. If someone’s artwork was messed up before coming in we would get yelled at. We had to mess with clients logos and “fix” them before production. Don’t work here and avoid.
