Great place with state of the art eqipment

Pros

If you hit your bonuses, the pay there is great. The franchise I worked for was very organized and had many failsafes in place to ensure that the product came out in a timely manner and lived up to the name.

Cons

Sometimes had difficult clients, but not more than is usual working any retail job. Also the bonus structure made it so sometimes you wouldn't get any commission on a sale.

I got hands-on experience in multiple facets of the business. Worked on many projects where I got to be creative and saw my work throughout the community

Cons

It is a small team environment. When someone is off or sick, things become hectic. There are no opportunities to expand.
