      Learn the entire business, set work schedule

      Cons

      Management, training, benefits. I was reprimanded for making "mistakes" about things that I didn't even know that I had to do because they were never brought up to me. Also, no benefits to really speak of except for PTO, which doesn't start accumulate until after 90 days after being employed

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with my hands; it's a nice physical job and learning about different sign making techniques is interesting. You just come in, make your signs all day, and then go home when the orders have shipped out. I ended up losing weight and getting biceps (which I never had) from the work I did. If you do well the first few months then they give more responsibility and higher pay.

      Cons

      I am a girl and it was a total boy's club in the production department. Staff and management openly say inappropriate things about women. It is expected to stay late to complete the jobs for the day, but they seemed understaffed because we 9-10 hours a day on average. Didn't pay a whole lot.

      Pros

      Business Casual dress code for sales staff, the team helps keep everyone uplifted so I love the staff!

      Cons

      No health benefits offered vacation should be paid out after at least 6 month employed not an entire year ^ then waiting till the 1st of the 1 year till we can begin to use what we accrues is dumb. owner under appreciates her employees and treats them like dirt or if she in a good mood she pretends to care
