• Nice people • Opportunities to learn new things • Opportunities to refine the overall production process

Cons

• Some jobs were expected to be completed in ridiculous conditions. Creating a tent of tarps over a vehicle in a snowstorm and heating it with a space heater so vinyl could be applied to a truck was just not acceptable. Rent a garage or something if it's that crucial or reschedule the installation. Hanging off ladders which are positioned in snow is also sketchy. • Not career pay. Stepping-stone pay.
