Pros

It’s a stable industry. Even in the pandemic, hours weren’t affected much. It’s pretty fast paced and helps you get your speed up as a graphic designer. There are a lot of great training resources available and the tech support team is very helpful.

Cons

Fast signs is a franchiser. So while you get some of the benefits of working for a large company, you’re at the mercy of the franchise owners and aren’t really protected from unprofessional behavior or being fired on a whim. Also with the sheer volume of clients, you get a lot of people with small orders who are very entitled who don’t realize how much time and work goes into custom made signs.
