Pros

Paid Holidays, Hands-on experience. Corporate support is decent. Steady work... and a large portion of the production end of the jobs they provide can be done by just about anyone.

Cons

No benefits. Obvious career ceiling (at least at this location) Poor / no management. Has since been purchased by new owner... so things may have changed.

FASTSIGNS corporate was a great place to work; I learned how to be a business consultant and work with financial statements and that skill has served me well.

Pros

Relaxed dress code, excellent, up-to-date equipment and workstations. I never have to be concerned with asking for a hardware of software upgrade, the owner is always willing to invest in his business in that way. Schedule has always been flexible to allow for family emergencies and events.

Cons

Poor management and leadership. Shows of nepotism and sexism are a daily occurrence from both management and the owner. Too many family members working for the company. Cameras in the workplace used to spy on employees, creating an atmosphere of distrust and low employee morale. Compensation is not competitive.
