Pros

Great hours, gained design experience.

Cons

No training, wasn’t shown how the printers worked with the programs. Boss never in office. Was expected to run the place while being brand new. I’ve had several design jobs, this was the most difficult to manage.

Pros

The people I worked with are wonderful! Lots of fun and genuinely enjoyed coming in!

Cons

Not really any way to get higher pay. And they does tend to be some nepotism for people coming in.

Pros

Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Cons

No sick days it all, so you have to use your vacation days (5 days a year) when sick or if somebody of you family die, basically, no vacation. No bonus for extremely big projects. No health insurance. No pregnancy help. Lot of over work with no extra compensation.
