Each store is franchised so you aren’t working in a large, overwhelming environment. You can build a relationship with the store owner in this fashion There isn’t much monotony

Cons

Salaries can be low as it is total work volume dependent from store to store No real hefty benefit package Small stores there isn’t much room for growth and in-store learning from peers
