Pros

The atmosphere is amazing. The Production and designer staff are a joy to work with. Pays higher than most places without as much physical stress. Christmas bonus is consistent Christmas party is always very nice. 401k was phenomenal Health, Dental, Vision were provided.

Cons

There can be some micromanaging which can get out of hand at times. The down times are incredibly slow. Repetitive H/D/V Insurance wasn't the best but no corporate insurance plan is ever good.
