Pros

Franchise was owned by a nice family. I got to do what I love; graphic design.

Cons

Artwork quality was not a priority. I was hired as a graphic designer but had to wear every hat but owner/manager. No raises. No benefits at all.

Pros

You have good equipment to use.

Cons

Disorganized, lack of employees, trying to run on nothing just to get a bigger profit. My center never listened to other centers or corporate for advice though.

Pros

- Rapid pace of work and varied clients make it so the bad projects don't last too long, and there are a lot of opportunities to try new things - Good cross-training in different departments - Lots of different equipment to gain knowledge in

Cons

- The store was new, so revenue streams were a bit rocky - There was a LOT of turnover at the sales position
