Decent amount of work to help a portfolio.

Cons

No place for growth or financial stability. Good for interns only. Family management, so do not expect any real increase or ways to help improve yourself. They are out for their own pockets and meeting a quota. Dead end job.

There wasn’t a lot of pros to this position.

Cons

Environment. the expectations changed daily. No benefits. Boss screamed and yelled daily and would threaten employees. Few times I had scheduled time off to use my pto 6 months in advance and got yelled at for it when it got closer to time. I was accused of being “shady”. These were days that he also helped picked out. I had to deal with homophobia, racism, sexism. I got to hear some great one liners about eating women out or coworkers talk about women’s butts. Ungreeable clients. If someone’s artwork was messed up before coming in we would get yelled at. We had to mess with clients logos and “fix” them before production. Don’t work here and avoid.
