There was a massive employment change-up in early 2023 and most everyone doesn't know what they're doing, including the Owner. Outside the production department, people just do things their way, for better or worse.
-People can be rude and unprofessional and they are never held accountable for it.
-If you don't fit in even slightly, people can be very toxic
-Rewards and Pay are paltry, don't expect hard work to be recognized in any comparable way.
-There is no official training system and the Owner is the HR department, so good luck trying to get anything Admin-wise accomplished.
-There is a constant threat of 'Proving Yourself' hanging over everyone's head unless you're the owner's best friend
-Lack of/Constantly running out of basic amenities.
-Control issues at the top that can cause project deadlines to be missed
-Disproportionate ideals and ethics
-Inappropriate political discussions during official employee meetings
-Forced religious ideals during meetings and on company property
All in all, this place needs a major rehaul in most areas. The exception is probably the Production Department.
