Lack of communication for project management

If you’re looking for an inclusive, diverse, forward-thinking, and healthy work environment, then look elsewhere. This company is the absolute worst.

Need one more good associate to share responsibility

Absolute worst General Manager/Owner, resulting in a very stressful and toxic culture/environment. Does not understand the industry, the time required for design and production, or the process, constantly rushing 10+ orders at a time, poor listening/comprehension skills, gaslights and publicly shames employees, unwilling to accept other perspectives/feedback, constantly giving away free products while underpaying employees, general incompetence, claims to believe in work-life balance and taking responsibility for mistakes but overworks all employees (especially salary employees) and blames mistakes on anyone but herself

They don't pay a fair wage. Depending on who the owners are its not the best work environment.

Some outside work can get bad on some days

Limited materials, hard wage cap, small team.

Will use you if you have multiple areas of study and still pay you the lowest on the team.

Not really much depending on what location you work with.
