Threshold before receiving commision along with monthly sales goals are unrealistic for the average sign sale requested by customers. Too much project management to complete the sale falls on the Outside Sales Rep. Proofing process should be a one day turnaround but almost never follows that edict.

Not much room for advancements.

Poorly run company in general who blames CSRs for crippling debt of company without any proper training. Sales managers yell at CSRs and creates a hostile work environment due to own stresses. No set policies or procedures in place and everyone is basically running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Absolutely no benefits because they don't make enough sales(which is your fault as the CSR) and you will get overtime but that is because there is no one there to make sure you get a lunch break. No rooms for advancement because it's a small company. Provides discounts/favors for friends, does sub par work, and then has to do more discounts to account for shoddy work in which case they will shift the blame to CSRs. Rules apply to only some employees and not others.

It is different for each person. Training is not like most places you will work at.

Two owners, completely different styles and training methods. VERY BAD MANAGEMENT. From poor follow through with customers to treating the workers like infants, the direction of this business is going downhill. They use inefficient methods for tracking, working and producing which is why they are always behind on work and have to work 60 hours a week and never catch up. The office is a dinosaur; they use paper and not computers, everything is printed and written on. No way to track notes, updates, etc. They outsource a lot of products, they do not produce business cards, flyers, catalogs, etc. Only thing the print are signs and some of those are outsourced also. 95th street needs to get with the 21st century.

no extra training, franchise owners hit or miss

No professionalism, no commitment when they hire employees, no proper training. High expectations, low sales, always tumbling company.
