It's a great atmosphere of people that love their work and protect the work environment. It's fast paced, you're doing something different every day, you have a lot of creative freedom, and can gain a lot of experience because they cross train you on EVERYTHING.
Cons
They expect A LOT from their employees, the pace and workload is unmanageable at times, and there is very little work/life balance when you're employed here.
